What we look after

Frequently asked questions
- Which plan is right for me? Gold suits most business websites. Platinum is for online shops and membership or subscription sites, where a problem costs you sales, so it adds monthly manual checks, a maintenance report and priority support.
- Can I change or cancel my plan? Yes. Plans are month to month. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and cancel any time after your first month, from the client portal. See our terms of service for details.
- What happens to unused monthly time? The 30 minutes each month doesn't roll over. If you need more, you get a discount on additional hours: 10% on Gold and 15% on Platinum.
- What if something goes wrong with my site? We back up your site every day and monitor it for security problems and downtime. If something breaks, we restore it from a backup and let you know.
- Do you look after websites you didn't build? Usually, yes. We'll check your site first and let you know if anything needs fixing before it joins a care plan.
- Do the prices include GST? No. All prices exclude GST.
