Overview

When we develop and deliver a website we offer 2 hours of training in the content management system. We also offer free access to online support resources. In addition for a period of 90 days after the site handover, we warrant that the site will function in accordance with the agreed specification.

Sometimes clients require additional help and fortunegreen provides ongoing training, support and maintenance in accordance with our schedule of charges which can be viewed here.

If you have a site with some functional complexity which is going to lead to regular content changes (eg new products, events etc) then you should consider one of our prepaid support/maintenance packages

The best way to ensure that your service request is completed promptly is by submitting a service request here.

How to submit a service request

Click on the Submit a Request and complete the form - it's really simple. You can also attach files to the request if necessary. There is a simple support registration process you'll need to complete, this is to ensure you have a log in and password to review the progress of your support requests.

Don't forget to hit the Submit button. You will receive an email confirming that your support request has been received.

How am I charged?

Ad-hock Web Maintenance

  • Charges are per hour* (including travel over 15 minutes) + GST

  • You are charged a minimum 15 minutes and and in 15 minute increments thereafter
  • If you require a quote or estimate, please request this prior to comencement of service
  • If you have been provided a quote, the amount quoted will be billed. If you have, however, extended on your request, extra charges will apply.

Pre-Paid Web Maintenance

The hourly rate can be reduced using pre-paid packs. Prices avaialble here.


Support Packages

Our straightforward packages make it easy to choose support that best fits your needs. You can choose from Casual Support, or from our Packages.


Ad Hoc

$100 / Hour + GST

  • You are charged a minimum 15 minutes and then in increments of 15 mins
  • fortunegreen will provide an estimate, if requested, before commencing a task
  • Charges are billed on a monthly basis

Pre-Paid Packs

  • 3 hours = $285 + GST ($95 / hr)
  • 5 hours = $450 + GST ($90 / hr)
  • 10 hours = $850 + GST ($85 / hr)
  • 20 hours = $1600 + GST ($80 / hr)
  • The pre-paid pack can be used over a period of 12 months.
  • This hours can be used for web development, support, training, maintenance and graphic design
  • Hours not used by the end of the 12 month period wlll then expire.

The Fine Print

  • All prices listed are in Australian dollars
  • All Pre-paid Packs must be paid for in advance
  • All ad-hoc maintenance wil be invoiced at the end of the month
  • Payment terms for invoices are 7 days from issue date
